Missing Important Goal - A Reflection

I did not go to the gym this morning because of the long session cardio yesterday morning and the evening walk to go see the Taekwondo session. The next morning when I woke up around 4hr40, I felt my legs extremely heavy and my body struggling to move. I thought I could not walk till the gym in this condition. I did not realised at that point that most exercises I will be doing was not standing except the cardio ones comprising of walking or running which I could have bypass for the day. The best thing about my goals are they can be executed in a most flexible fashion. For instance, I have to go lift weight three days a week, therefore I go to the gym nearly everyday sometimes excluding Sundays so that I can train everyday, body building on odd days and only cardio on even ones.
It does not matter because I go to the gym mostly everyday. Furthermore, this is a platform to learn and improve from those types of experiences. Lesson learn is to build gradually the cardio, that is doing like 40 minutes bicycle and running before increasing step by step.
This is due to the fact that I will be walking quite often because I got to socialise very often. Tomorrow morning I will therefore continue my chest and arms routine with friday being cardio and Saturday being back training.
Now concerning my social balance, it is imperative for me to get out of my social comfort zone as often as possible talking to random strangers and even making friends who knows. If I stay without doing all that, my personality will go down and this will be bad. In life it is absolutely crucial for one to take small risks on a daily basis else the mind totally takes over and consequently welcoming a cycle of happiness and unhappiness while on the other it could mostly be happiness.
