Best Advice to do Something when you don't want to do it

It happens to everyone of us. Sometimes we don't want to do something but have to do it regardless of how exhausted we might feel that particular moment. My best advice would be to use the simple yet powerful concept of visualisation. The key is to begin with the end in mind that is, to visualise the outcome before starting the task. See and attach the positive emotions to the images you want thus notifying the subconscious mind of what has to be done. It is far easier working with it than against it (like thinking of a football match when revising).
I regularly accomplish many things simply by visualising the moment I just completed them. Automatically, I start feeling great ready for action and most importantly, totally focused on the work at hand.
