Sleeping Early - An inspiration


I was reading the tactics and strategies of the maestro known as Pep Guardiola a couple of days earlier and what struck me most how the latter directly influenced the little genius of the team to become arguably the best player of all time. Before his arrival in the Barcelona first team, during the last couple of years, Messi was injured a reported 19 times.
We know that talent itself is never enough and in everything we do, consistency is key. To avoid those niggling injuries, Pep influenced Messi go to sleep very early, eat a lot of fish and vegetables. As we know it, the rest is history.
Why not take our lives to the same level as Messi that is world class in the field we are? Just imagine how rewarding that experience will be and the happiness and pleasure we will be getting.
To achieve that we should get plenty of sleep by going to bed very early and waking up as early to exercise at least one hour everyday. Then we should eat a lot of fish and vegetables, on a daily basis if we can.
