Edit
The biggest lesson I have learnt through personal reflections this past two weeks is to never complain. The point is to not even think about complaining because it immediately puts us in a victim mode or perspective. In life we can either be a Victor or a Victim not both.
For some years now I have been training myself as consciously as possible to think positive which now eventually comes natural for me. Most of the time I am in an excellent state of mind since I have a healthy lifestyle consisting of body building, eating fresh food such as fruits and vegetables, sleeping enough and daily prayers. With that state, I could do everything easily including meditation and changing my behaviours. Additionally I feel natural socially and I effortless talk to everyone I meet as well as making friends.
However since I am human and tend to make mistakes, there are sometimes when I do not get enough proper sleep and exercise everything become so complicated and difficult. I hear voices in my mind telling me how awful things are right now. This is the moments where I've realised that I am in a victim mode.
So I decided to stop playing victim and continue my path of personal excellence particularly when I am not in a healthy state of mind.
Once I stopped complaining, my threshold to pain improved significantly. I barely felt any pain and my focus was automatically positive on the beauty and the simple things of life.
