Overcoming my recent Sleep Pattern Disorder

I have finally debunked my No Sleep myth. Well actually I have been able to with due experiments and reflections know exactly what causes this sleep pattern disorder. The source is a high level of Cortisol which is a major stress hormone. The root cause of this disorder is attributed to the fact that I follow a regular high intensity cardio (to get a Six Pack). I usually run on average around 85% of the highest heart rate usually for 15 minutes.
Doing so skyrockets my Cortisol level. Average people (those who do not exercise and sit down most of the day) usually experience the same thing. They do not have a proper channel to evacuate those condensed stress hormones.
With some quick research, I stumbled upon an effective solution. Some athletes usually encounter the same issue whenever training hard. In addition, reflecting on my past and how I was able to deal with that during my final University years in the Exams' period, I was convinced that my body lacked balance. Eventually I did some experimentation which proved conclusive. I was doing too much anaerobic exercise which kept my energy levels so peaked up that I could not get any sleep until very late at night. With some calibration and bringing balance back via doing some aerobic exercise such as walking, I recuperated my sleep almost in a night.
So great news, lesson learnt, BALANCE is primordial towards reaching excellence daily in life.
