This early morning I found myself waking up to go to the gym at 5 A.M or so. I was feeling sleepy but like I often heard from motivational speakers, "feelings themselves are sometimes the only criteria to persuade or dissuade a person from taking action". Plus I already had built the habit of going out to train, so unconsciously within seconds I was already preparing myself for the upcoming jubilant adventure.
My only issue was if I did too much high intensity cardio exercises or any task that drastically improved my Cortisol stress hormone. In that case I would not fall into sleep until very late in the night. As a result, it would be tough for me to wake up for my training. This is actually what happened last week whereby I had to deal with extreme vigilance in order to avoid any disruption in my habits.
I am wondering the significant importance of eating the correct foods on a daily basis. I don't know what I've eaten on Monday but eventually I felt a disbalance in my body. I even had to go to the toilet twice that night. Lesson learnt is that I have to be more careful about what I eat.
At first I thought perhaps it was due to some expired vegetables in my Green Smoothies but then I realised that this should not be the case, however I do not eliminate this option completely.
Things went much better when yesterday afternoon I went running at high speed as part of my high intensity cardio routine which was so tough. I felt like giving up before even starting. But no, I knew deep inside that there was no point in doing that and life is all about focus.
Therefore, I put my focus on breaking my previous record of going top the track which was better than last time but not near my best. Thankfully, as tired as I was after this awesome exercise, I felt much better and got home as quick as possible.
Even better I conquered my sleep disbalance simply by adding some tiredness to my body as ridiculous as it may sound. Yesterday night or should I say this early morning I stood up for around 30 minutes looking at some news on my smartphone. Eventually when I went diving into my bed, the sleep crept in relatively fast.
